Award in Diagnosis, Testing & Repair of Electric / Hybrid Vehicles & Components

This qualification is designed for those who will be required to work on or with Electric / Hybrid vehicles in a live state and, when doing so, do it safely.

The face-to-face course duration is two training days at our training centre in Goostrey. Alongside classroom tuition, delegates will conduct a practical skills assessment on a live system followed by a substantive written submission to complete the course. Although there is no set minimum/maximum word count/or time for this submission, it can be expected that this will take a minimum of two weeks, with a word count likely to be over 6000 words.

Completing this qualification will give you the skills to support all aspects of Electric / Hybrid vehicles repair operations in both live and non live states.

To enrol on the following course, you will need to demonstrate that you hold a Level 3 Electric / Hybrid vehicle qualification.

For this course, it is a requirement that delegates be able to demonstrate that they hold a Level 3 Electric / Hybrid vehicle qualification. You may also need to provide evidence of experience on Electric / Hybrid vehicles or have at least 6 months gap since your Level 3 Electric / Hybrid vehicle qualification.
